I had an amazing experience at El Monte Sagrado! From the welcoming atmosphere to the beautiful surroundings, everything was fabulous. The service was outstanding, especially from Dawn during check-in; though there were some minor issues in the room, they didn’t overshadow the overall pleasant stay. I’m looking forward to visiting again soon!

Our Native American suite was lovely with a serene atmosphere and a semi-private patio overlooking the stunning grounds. However, I did notice some minor details like burned-out lights and the room safe not working.

I had the most incredible experience at El Monte Sagrado! The ambiance was magical, and the service was outstanding throughout our stay. The beautiful property included unique art and relaxing areas that truly enhanced our getaway. The only downside was the wait time for valet service, which could be improved. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy luxury.

My suite was quiet and remote, providing the perfect peaceful escape. It featured a private patio overlooking a babbling brook, and the decor combined Native American elements with modern amenities beautifully.

The hotel has a stunning property and offers excellent dining options, but my visit was marred by some significant service issues. While the grounds are beautiful and the massages in the salon were great, we faced multiple inconveniences that affected our overall experience. It's worth a visit for the beauty and food, but be prepared for potential hiccups with service.

Rooms

The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, but we encountered issues like a noisy toilet and a fireplace that was out of order.
Service

The staff seemed to have low morale and our interactions varied from helpful to frustrating, particularly with housekeeping.

Dining was hit-or-miss; I found the breakfast experience disorganized, but dinner options were quite tasty.

I had an amazing stay at El Monte Sagrado! The scenery is just beautiful and creates a peaceful atmosphere that helps you relax. The rooms are spacious and well-cleaned, making it feel like a luxurious getaway. The staff truly made my experience special with their thoughtful hospitality. However, I felt the dining options could use some improvement to match the rest of the experience. Overall, I found great value for the quality of my stay, and I can't wait to come back!

The hotel has stunning grounds and a beautiful southwestern decor that really stands out. However, the management's lack of transparency regarding housekeeping and events nearby left a lot to be desired. The overall experience was marred by noise from a wedding and poor valet service, especially for the steep price of over $450 per night. It has great potential but definitely needs improvements in communication and service management.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were decorated nicely, reflecting the local southwestern style, but they lacked effective maintenance.
Service
5.0
The service left much to be desired, particularly with valet availability and housekeeping communication.
Location

The hotel is beautifully situated, which enhances its charm, but the noise from nearby events can be disruptive.
Dining

Dining options were decent, though we didn't get a chance to enjoy them fully due to the overall service issues.
Facilities

The hotel has beautiful amenities, but the overall maintenance, especially concerning housekeeping, could use some work.
